Booking Terms
- Every booking on the site is made according to an electronic contract between the customer and the site, which is considered binding upon completion of the payment process.
- Bookings are available for individuals aged 21 and above.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and only the price displayed at the time of booking is considered valid.
Delivery and Pickup
- Cars are delivered to all available locations listed in the delivery list, and the duration and cost will be determined based on the destination and the chosen delivery method.
- In the event of any delay caused by the delivery company, vzrrental is not responsible for the delay but will assist in following up to ensure the car is delivered.
Registration and Accounts
- To create an account, you must enter accurate and complete information, and the customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Sharing the account with any third party is prohibited. In such a case, we are not responsible for any resulting damage, and we reserve the right to suspend the account.
Cancellation and Return Policy
- Bookings can only be canceled before the car is delivered. After delivery, the return policy applies under the following conditions:
- The car must be in its original, undamaged condition.
- The car must be returned by the scheduled time or within 24 hours of the booking time.
- Returns are not accepted if the customer is late in returning the car or if it is damaged.
Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting the returned car, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method within 7-14 business days.
- In the case of discounts or offers, the amount will be refunded after deducting the due percentage according to the offer.
Payment and Security
- We provide secure electronic payment methods and do not store payment card details.
- The option of "cash on delivery" (payment upon car delivery) is also available in some locations and will be displayed during the booking process if it is available in your area.
- The use of fraudulent or non-owned payment details is prohibited. In case of suspicion, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without notice.
Communication and Conduct
- All communication with the support team or through our official platforms must be in a polite and respectful manner.
- We are not responsible for any communication outside of vzrrental's official channels and urge customers to verify the source of all messages.
Third-Party Services We may rely on external services such as delivery and electronic payment companies. We are not responsible for failures resulting from these services, but we are committed to following up to minimize any negative impact on the customer experience.
